- Enquiry details — the name, email address, phone number, child's class, subject required and message you submit through our contact form or WhatsApp.
- Service information — academic details you share so we can match a tutor correctly, such as current performance, learning preferences, exam targets and lesson schedule.
- Address details — where home tutoring is requested, the lesson location.
- Technical data — basic, non-identifying information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the website working well.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free consultation.
- To match your child with a suitable tutor and prepare a learning plan.

To deliver lessons we share the necessary details with the tutor assigned to your child. All tutors are vetted and are required to keep student and family information confidential. We may also use trusted service providers for email delivery, form handling and website hosting, who process data only on our instructions.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including restricted access to student records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we act promptly if an issue arises.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your request. Student records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference and continuity. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you or your child, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Cookies
This website uses only the minimal storage needed for it to function. We do not run advertising trackers. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated first.
